It is crazy to believe that the last time I saw Molly was during her family portraits last year….only then she was still in Mommy’s belly!! Now she is officially 1, and she is PRECIOUS. Birthdays are a strange thing. Throughout our life we literally countdown the days until the next big number. Every birthday has it’s significant meaning that we look forward to. 10 you get into the double digits, 13 you are officially a teenager, 16 LOOK OUT WORLD we’re allowed on the road!, 18 you are officially dubbed an “Adult”, (sad face), and then the list goes on.
But what about number 1? What do you remember from your first birthday? You were probably more concerned about what snack you wanted or when the next nap time was. The idea of age and getting older has no significant meaning to you. But to your family and loved ones, this marks the start of your life, that first huge celebratory day totally dedicated to YOU YOU YOU, their special baby girl that came into their lives and will continue leaving footprints in their hearts as you grow into a beautiful woman.

If you are interested in her dessert bar and want to try some of her sweets yourself, check out Leily Pops!
